You will be notified by email and/or text by DPD to alert you of your shipment and any delays that may occur. We also recommend you download the DPD app to track your delivery (Available on IOS and Android)
As our DPD service is tracked we can see exactly where the driver is and where the parcel was delivered. They also take a photo of where the parcel was delivered therefore, we cannot accept claims for mis delivery or missing parcels. Any parcels left in a safe place or with a neighbour we are unable to accept responsibility if the parcel is stolen and therefore will not send a replacement.
In the event your parcel does go missing or gets lost in transit please contact us. We will then raise a claim with DPD which can take 10 working days until a decision is reached however we will ensure you are kept up to date.
Any faulty or damaged products must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery and photographic evidence must be supplied. Anything reports out with this period will not be accepted.
