At Glow Box we offer three UK delivery options at checkout, all with a 3pm cut-off:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £3.95 (2–4 business days)
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £4.95 (1–2 business days)
• DPD Premium Next Day – £6.95 (next day)

Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day; anything after 3pm goes out the next working day. Royal Mail doesn't deliver at weekends, so weekend Royal Mail orders are collected on Monday. DPD Premium Next Day includes weekend delivery, though our warehouse is closed on Sundays. Please note next-day delivery is an estimated service and can't be guaranteed. Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland orders are sent on an estimated 2-day service.

We ship to many international countries however at the moment we cant ship to all EU countries due to Brexit, Glow Box takes no responsibility for orders stopped in transit and no refunds or replacments will be sent.

 

Customs fees may apply. It is the buyers responsibility to pay these within the given time frame in order to prevent their order being returned to us. Custom fees are calculated by your country and we have no information on how much these may be. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns or refunds for our tanning sprays and juicy drops due to hygiene and safety reasons. Cream products must be unopened, unused and in a sellable condition. Our team can provide return instructions.
